I do know of owners of signing services who themselves are also notaries and perform signings. Nothing wrong with that, but we are unable to put NAT USA in SC since Mr. Snyder has a premium membership here and is also listed in the numbers site in Yardley, PA. We're not on a level playing field when these guys can't pay their notaries.
Mr. Snyder and I tangoed when he advocated for Kim Horvat a few years back (Notary Network Solutions in Oak Harbor, WA), also a notary public, not paying notaries for 90 days plus.
These SS owners do have a reputation for sticking together. It's clear they are under capitalized. How then can they afford attorneys to combat unhappy notaries with these threatening letters. I've never worked for any of these people because of their ratings in SC, I've managed to dodge these bullets.
