 Selling/Buying Notary Business

Has anyone had any experience selling or buying an existing notary business? I am looking for details on how to transfer with signing services the business is currently using? I understand the market timing right now so don't need any info on that.
There is another company I heard of doing this and the new owners were able to take over their listings with several signing services. We will be asking this question to the services too, just wanted some boots on the ground experience. Thanks!
