Had email offer from them today for refi 10/14th in Folsom , 2 witnesses required (notary can be one), no scanbacks for a whopping $85. I responded my base fee to Folsom is $150 and each additional service incurs a $25 fee.

Their response: "We have removed you from our database."

Aw chucks <snap>!! Wink

Further NR search shows they've been around at least since 2016 and have been paying $85 since then. <smh> Jeez!!
