Nice sharing with y'all
bottom line for me is not kill myself (I'm 70), make $50 an hour incl drive time and stay w/in 35 minutes of my house and not be out after dark...can't see mailbox numbers at night like I used to.
I really appreciate all you guys sharing and helping me grow, and I love this biz, meeting all my clients and touring central Florida daily.
I measure my closings to not interfere with rush hours and yes, I am so effing lucky that I can pick and chose when and where I work.
