The DPOA was not accepted. Signer is bedridden and has no current ID, no credible witness and per her son, suffers from dementia. They are going to look for another lender ~ I told them to get the DPOA approved up front. I also let them know that if she somehow managed to get ID, she would need to be lucid when signing. I did not meet her as she was asleep when I was there. I believe her son will most likely need to get conservatorship if he wants to sell or refinance. Not sure why they want her off title...... perhaps if they left her on, the DPOA would suffice.
