Posting on a message board is not the best way to get that person's attention, if you sincerely are trying to reach out to that person.

Form a network. Set standards and guidelines.

Communicate with each other.

Your other alternative is to start a union (i.e. The United NSA Workers of America). But I think you'll have better success with the first option.
