It seems as if little else has been discussed on this forum for the past few days. Personally, I hung up my stamp (for an indefinite period of time) over a week ago, because I couldn't figure out a safe and legal way to do that, and it seems that quite a few here agree with me.
Do you have a family? Kids? Mother, father, grandparents?? If not, guaranteed that at least some of the other people you're meeting with do! Whose life would you be willing to risk by continuing to do signings? From what I'm reading, a person could get the coronavirus and be passing it on to others for up to 14 days before coming down with any symptoms. And I imagine we've all heard that some folks never have symptoms at all. So how would any of ever know if we're one of those who, like a busy bee, is 'pollinating' this virus all over the place to everyone we meet... |
