 Stickers???

As you gain experience, you will find stickers a PITA.

Always remove the sticker(s) BEFORE you give the doc to the signers! Otherwise they may sign over (part of) the sticker, thereby invalidating the signature.

As you've seen in other Posts on this Forum, the Right to Cancel forms (RTC) are a big deal. Possibly the most important part of conducting the closing. (Please, no arguments. Thank you, everyone.)

When you print the docs, be sure that you print three copies of their RTC form for EACH PERSON: One to be signed and sent back with the other docs, two to stay with EACH signer. Every copy of the RTC MUST be signed AND DATED at the bottom. NEVER PRINT EXTRA COPIES OF THE RTC to leave with the borrowers!!!

Your lessons have prepared you for the Non-Obligated Spouse, right?r
