Why in the world would you agree to such a low fee and have to scan back the documents?!

With the high price of gas, toner and supplies you should be paid at least $100 for the signing and paid extra for the time to scan back.

If you will accept under that you will be contributing to the Companies who don't pay what we are worth. Look at the Closing CD and you will often see that the borrower has been charged $200 or more for Notary fees. The signing services should not get such a large percentage of the fee.
