There's a Superior Signing Service in Signing Central (SC) that shows they're located in Ladera Ranch, CA and also mentions Michele as a contact person.

Is the company you're involved with a different company with same name & different location or is it the same company now located in Idaho? Please provide whatever info you may have -- i.e. address, phone, contact names, etc.

Sorry you're having to experience this delay in payment. What excuses are they giving you?
