My premier membership was canceled on Feb 7th due to non-payment. It is absolutely my responsibility to keep track, but I didn't. There was no reminder email sent by NR as in the past. I paid THAT DAY. I have had the strangest emails back and forth with both people mentioned in these posts. I have been assured multiple times for NINE WEEKS that it is being handled. Nothing yet. Sending them both another email now. Trying to stay calm because I have been on here 18/19 years, but it is frustrating. |
