Notary's are not allowed to "farm out" their work, so if you wanted to open a legit SS, then that is who you need to approach. Go to Signing Central on here and hundreds to ask your questions to.
Many notaries feel that if they get a closing, they can pass it on and make a cut of the deal. The problem being with that is that each notary has to be vetted and approved. If a title company assigns Mary Smith a closing and John Smith does it, all heck will break lose for privacy reasons and ramifications will result.
Good luck on whatever you are trying to do. If you start a SS, please list yourself as one so we may rate you. If you stay as a notary, we cannot and you will find it hard getting NSA to jump on board. Good luck!
