That's what I meant - Purchase closings traditionally have to be done under attorney supervision on LI, which is where I came from. Most of the time at a table closing, the title closer is also a notary so an outside notary isn't always needed. That's not the case for refis and CEMAs.
Once you get out of the metro area, it's different. |
