As I remember the signer was kind of a conservative guy and didn't say much. But I enjoyed it. It was a small package anyway. When I got back it was dark so I got to do a night landing too. The owner of the airplane/flight school was in the air with a student at the same time. We both slowed down to let the other land first then I realized I was closer so I made the call and landed "straight in" since I was coming from the West and the runway is pretty much East/West.
