USA Signing Agents... the one that's been spamming so much and promises big fees because you're working direct...for a listing fee. I don't consider an average fee of $117 to be worthy of any title company. Someone posted on another forum that they'd paid the fee and it only took 6 months to get an $85 (?) offer. (Not sure of the amount, but it was really cheap for a TC and definitely less than $100...$80? $90? but I think it was $85.)
