The infamous Notarize This! (Wildomar) sends one more email!
Posted by Barb25 on 2/4/06 1:39pm

The ever professional (or un) Brittany from Notarize This!, has sent me one more email. This one has me harrassing her. Thought I would share the latest. She said I accommodated backdating. I hope whatever I wrote previously did not lead any of you to get that impression. I have to re-read my postings. Hopefully among her other attributes she just CANNOT read. You will notice that we on NotaryRotary are out-of-work notaries and just bored with our lives and are slanderous. Notice she did not sign this one with all of her worldy credentials. I, of course, remain the unprofessional, immature notary that is not good at my job, loses checks, and whatever else. I guess if I continue with this I will be guilty of something I should be ashamed of.

This is it:

Your original check was sent in December. I have the proof of the canceled check I had to order, BECAUSE YOU LOST IT! And unless you have something in writing asking you to backdate, you are mistaken. We DO NOT ASK THAT. I read your comments on Notary Rotary and you also said you accommodated it. So who is illegal? If the borrower asked you to backdate then it is now your problem if you did. We do not ask that of the notaries as we are aware of the legality of it. You are mistaken. It seems you are mostly out of work to have so much time to type such slander on Notary Rotary. I know the accounting rules of sending out a 1099 over $600. We chose to send them anyway for our own records and because we had some notaries that asked for them.

We complete over 5000 signings a year and because you and a few notaries are bored with your lives and are not getting enough business, due to your improfessionalism I assume, you need to vent your problems on a national website. Very sad. You may not know but the Notary Chat is mainly for notaries that have questions about the business. It is not for a website Jerry Springer stand off. It is only a shame that there is not a signing service or lender forum that we do not spread the real truth about you and many other poor excuses for notaries across the U.S. But, remember we all are busy and you are obviously not. If it wasn't for Signing Services, Lenders and title companies calling you, you would not be a notary at all. We are the ones who fight to get the notaries paid and this is the way you treat your clients? By bashing them? I can now see why you have so much time on your hands to be the bully. We are done with the discussion, and have asked you to not contact us any further. Yet you do not follow direction very well. We are now taking this as harassment. It is not against the law to send out a 1099 for fees below $600, it is for the notaries records and ours. And no we are not out of stamps thank you. Stamps for business is a right off so we have no problem sending them.

Now why don't you just grow up and get a real job because you are obviously not good at the one you have if you are so hard up to email me and that site all day long. We are busy and DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU ANY FURTHER. Hopefully you'll get the point. We don't care about your opinions. As you have handled yourself in an immature harassing manner. We do care about notaries that talk to us about solving problems not bashing us to the U.S. We are banning you from our email today. So any further emails you send us will go directly to our trash. Which exactly where it belongs.
