They're probably required to pay unemployment for their staff, but I'd be extremely surprised if that includes NSAs. From what I've read, the only way any of us will receive any benefit from the stimulus is if there are separate provisions that provide a payment outside of employment insurance. I've read that that might happen, but I don't know what was in the final bill, as passed. I'm not counting on getting anything, but time will tell.
