Yes. I "had a guy" at 365 during the pandemic who worked with me to make sure I got adjusted premium rate during the initial days when things were so weird and being in Silicon Valley, where $75 for a 150 pages signing wasn't going to cut it. He informed me that there were shakeups going on inside the company, and not to be nervous if I got a call from someone with a heavy accent, that the company was forcing him to train remote agents based in India. Sometime in '21 or early '22, I received a message saying he was no longer with the company and that my adjusted rates would no longer be honored. After that, so many phone calls from indian agents.
I'm constantly plagued by these "audit failures" too. 99 times out of 100, it's becuase of fuzzy writing, which happens when you have to use high compression on a 125+page PDF to get it to meet upload limits. sigh. I'd like to say what they lack in functionality they make up for with volume, but I'm beginning to wonder. |
