Don't let the rudeness get to you. Just take it in stride and ignore it or don't even justify it with a comment.

Everyone was a newbie at one time is how I look at it and sometimes that is forgotten. You can find some really good information on this board from the more "seasoned" veterans who have been doing this for awhile. Everyone is not as rude as others and some will really give great advice and opinions.
