Prestige takes months to pay her notaries, and this biz isn't coming back til 2025, so it seems to me these people are opportunistic, greedy, bordering on fraud. Kinda makes me sick to my stomach that they don't mind robbing people of money they really don't have to become influenced by these influencers.
Hector Vides tried to sell me on giving me his "volume" to which I replied, "five signings in a year is no volume as far as I can see", so no thanks. I didn't take any more work from him and then he went out of business leaving a bunch of notaries with receivables. He's another one that makes my stomach churn.
I feel for the new people. Getting burned is no fun. |
