 VENDOR'S RESPONSE THIS MORNING

As long as ALL the documents are signed and dated on 11/8/2019, it is fine to return documents with note dated.

No sweat...

In the future, adding to my repertoire of queries, before I light out to signings in remote areas:

Do you have a posted address on your home that I can see from the street?
Do you both have current acceptable forms of id? DL or Passports?
Do you have big dogs roaming your property?
Will there be adequate light and work room to spread out 200 pages of loan docs?

(They had a huge German Shepherd who couldn't wait to lick and sniff my person had the owner not arrived at the gate at the same time as his guard dog!)
