Wayne,

Obviously, Ralph Lewis, the owner of Archimerc, LLC, has a history of non-payment. Why are you using his IT, and scheduling services for NAT USA? To make matters worse, you're allowing his to act as NAT USA's self-proclaimed legal professional aka henchman? Aren't you embarrassed? If you claim you "had no idea" previously, you know better now. Also, why are you a notary acting as a signing service which prevents us from rating your business in Signing Central. Was that Ralph's idea? Worst yet, why did you post on this forum that you handled a closing for NAT USA and were paid on time (pretending to be a notary and not mentioning that you're the owner). Of course you paid yourself on time, you're the owner of NAT USA, Inc.
