IMO, there is a lot of time spent regarding any "extra" work the TC has to do and why they deserve to pay $100 vs $150 when working direct. If it were me, I would spend more time trying to increase my revenue on the very rare opportunity I could. Why should only a SS be deserving of the full fee of $150?
