There are times, however, when it isn't on the confirmation but is in the instruction for the notary that come in the docs themselves. Always, always tell the borrower that a copy of their ID is needing during your initial contact with them. If you call them again, remind them.
Some NSAs carry a digital camera so that they can take a photo if the borrower does not have a copy. |
