What about liability issues? If an appraiser is in a law suit he has coverage. If a notary is sued for a notary issue he has coverage.

When I talked to my lawyer, his policy would be to sue everyone that is involved in an transaction. What type of protection would AmRock offer if something ended up in a law suit? Since it is not notary related E & O would not cover it. Would we end up taking the fall if somehow a mistake resulted in a law suit.
