I copied and pasted what they sent me:

Signing has failed internal audit due to faxback failed due to there is a overwrite in 4506 without initial 2
date is not clear in ( 2 is improper) Correction agreement-Limited POA - 27 Mortgage / Deed of Trust - 37 MRC unsecured creditor/courtesy payment checks direction - 47 Disbursement of Proceeds 51 Payoff Affidavit 57 verification of receipt of appraisal - 22
Signing has failed internal audit due to pg67 - sign date not clear (looks like 13 instead of 12), pg13,24,92 - personally appeared names not clear on Borrower's aff, Unsecured Cred Form, DOP

Once the package was received all of these "issues" were a non issue and I received a message saying Order passed audit and has been sent for payment processing.
