The last VA loan I did was 164 pages, in Spanish, with a POA - i.e. person signing for self and spouse. Fortunately, I had a very nice, smart signer, but it still took a looong time! Wink

I haven't done too many VA loans here over the years, but it seems like there's been more of them lately.
