While I do have conversations with myself, I’ve never been curious enough to answer a telephone call from myself.

As for BLOCKING — spoofers and criminals can make anything appear on CID. Just because the CID shows your number and/or your name, does not mean it is actually your number calling THE FIRST TIME it happens. Once you answer the call, that is when the trouble begins. And to block your own number simply because CID shows you calling yourself ?? Google says this could actually be counter productive especially when you need your number to retrieve voice messages, change your greeting or other options.

Just ignore the call.
