We've all learned from experience. Experience has taught us that certain documents are followed by certain notarial certificates. Experience has also taught us that certain verbiage requires certain notarial certificates. Moreover, experience has taught us that sometimes those preparing the documents make mistakes.

As a seasoned notary, when we see a possible misstep, it's okay to question it. You'll either get a "use as is" or "thanks for catching that!"

That little question may have just allowed a file to close timely and thereby created a new direct client for you. Win-win for all parties. Smile
