Kick these companies to the curb. They are selfish, greedy and don't deserve notaries like us, as indicated by the low of the lowest fees. IGNORE THEM.

Move on, find better vendors to work for. They are out there.

I had a $4million sellers package last week, 60 pages, two notarizations, fee was ample. One on Monday for $XXX.

We do not need to play ball with these companies. Work your game, not theirs.
