I saw the same comments on the Coffee site about ZigSig being hacked. That still doesn't explain why there is a payment problems, but it does indicate that this company should be watched very closely.

Thank you for bringing this company to our attention. Checking in on this forum on a regular basis is how we all can keep ahead of
the good and the bad. Also, writing a comment in Signing Central will help everyone make a decision about a company that contacted them.
