I've gotten a chewing out over a LO telling the people that they owed no money. The company is someone I work with a lot....he said he was going to make the LO ask for those funds! He said they are of the devil for the title companies! They promise people the world to push things through. I know that underwriters have a job and must do it but by the time the issues reach we realtors...it's literally last minute when the trucks are loaded to move. and you can guess who gets blamed...yep, realtors. I've been screamed at.

But it does start with the underwriter and how communication goes after that filters down to the lowest man on the totem pole: US
