but what if i was out all day notarizing? they got lucky it was a quieter day and I could accommodate a last minute change. I still know that what they are doing is not right and am glad the borrowers get a copy of these docs to look over if they so choose before the 3 days is up.

I feel like I stepped back into the old days a bit though with people not seeing numbers until I showed up. Thought I would get my eyes scratched out a few times because they had seen no numbers beforehand.
