 good and bad list for signing companies

I've looked through the postings and I can't find a list of good and bad signing companies. Does such a list exist? I'm especially interested in the bad list. I think I have one to add to it, but will give them a few more days to "come through" with payment. Please email me at sasnak1972@yahoo.com if you have the "list." Thanks.
