 i wouldn't mind continuing ed, just no tests

that's how it is in real estate. butt hours but you do learn things having class with other realtors and hearing the stories you can learn from. but after a realtor and broker tests...I want no more tests in my life! I passed both with flying colors but I'm too old...just let me learn.

I think in my dozen years as a notary, I found one class to take in this state. I do wish there were more.
