So the number's site basically sells out the #1, 2 and 3 places in their cue of notaries for the highest price. I think it's horrible, but it's all a money grab for the one with the deepest pockets. Then he will quiz you to see if you are worthy of that spot. If he doesn't care for your profile, they will edit it without your permission...that type of thing.

I don't like his business practices and his website, so I never paid to play. His free listing got me 1 closing, maybe?
