Altho there are fewer docs, I've never had them go fast. Due to all the completion of required forms, they take as long as a VA refi and signers often want clarification of something from somebody... and I've been doing this a looong time, but am not the party to do the clarifying.
As there is no RTC and we're usually talking about one of the largest transactions most people experience infrequently in their lifetime... takes time and I charge accordingly. |
