different title companies- get an email- you missed a signature . I said OK- send it over. it's a huge subornation agreement ( not a lot of pages) but large signature line and notary section. I Didn't think I could miss something so obvious?? Alright- I check the docs originally sent to me and this document was not part of the package. I called them on it and said send me an order with my fee and I'll get it handled. Then today- you missed a signature. Me- please send me the proof. It was a deed f. The deed they sent me as proof had only one signature line and only the husbands name printed- not husband and wife . New deed has both people signing?
