If there Is any hint whatsoever that the doc is signed in a "representative capacity"....POA, Trust, Estate... You MUST use the proper certificate for someone signing as AIF, Trustee or Executor(trix). Or even as a President or Officer of a corporation or LLC ..and that capacity goes in our certs
