Ouch! I feel ya. But you mean we aren't paid enough to have time machines and helicopters!?!?!
I once had a 6 p.m. that I did not get documents for nor did I get any response to my multiple attempts to determine when I would get documents. Left at 6:50 p.m. for my 7 p.m. 5 minutes away from my house. Was walking out of that closing at 8 p.m. and headed for the Mexican restaurant between them and my house when I got a phone call: "Your documents are ready. The borrowers are WAITING FOR YOU." Huh?!?!? Waiting for me?!?! Now, mind you, my first for the day had been at 7 a.m. and, except for waiting for their docs, I had had no other break in my day. My response: "Well let me just jump in my laser printer equipped helicopter and I'll be right there!"
