I have actually been a member since 2005 or so, but I renewed to premium in May of this year. I emailed them yesterday but no response so far probably because of the holiday weekend. Hopefully I will hear something on Monday. If I wouldn't have been searching for another Notary near me I never would have discovered it. Kinda of frustrating because a month and a half went by before I discovered it. Could have been the whole year so I guess I am lucky there. Thanks for checking to see if you could see me so I know for sure it is just not me. Have a nice Holiday weekend.
