RMs..even the Appl...are usually well above average in size and you usually have to collect copies of supporting documentation...which can be a loose minimum of 10 pages or quite a few more (I had around 32? 35? once). Then they want those & sometimes other things scanned/e-mail or fax back. They can take a lot of table time due to health issues ('course that can be true of any other signing, too--just more prevalent w/RMs). I price them higher than even a VA refi...which they m/l compare to in pkg. size, plus the faxbacks. No notarizations...just a lot of docs to be signed.
