I am not going to carry around a thermometer and start taking temperatures and I am definitely not making anyone fill out a health questionnaire. This is pure insanity! None of this has anything to do with the funding of a loan. My top lenders had not even mentioned anything like that and the only time I have seen a health questionnaire was from a couple of California signing companies. I sent it back blank and didn't hear a peep and it certainly didn't hold up the funding of the loan.
Use common sense, social distance, wash your hands, don't touch your face, wear a mask, and do outside closings whenever possible.
It is one thing to have your temperature taken when entering a public establishment. I do not agree with taking the temperature of a signer at their home.
