I guess that an "I'm sorry" for having you hold that appointment time (and turning down another call, and printing for us,( yes it was confirmed with the customer they said yes and must not have heard the word Monday) or a "my bad" would have worked, but not one answer from them. Not a bridge I will cross again. If they would have owned up to the mistake without being condescending to the lowly notary I might have understood. Obviously I have no "value" from these folks or I would have heard back. Any Title Co worth working for would have at least made a small effort..
