That you were kidding. The whole absurd situation is just...absurd and so laughable.
For all those proponents of taking the title company to task, consider that when title companies are investigated and regulated...it is almost all the time a result of UNDERCUTTING the competition to the delight and fewer costs of the end user, the borrower/buyer. Never, ever as a result of higher costs to the borrower/buyer.
