We have been 10 to 15 degrees below normal

here all summer long, except for about one week. Only 87 today with single digit humidity and normal for the date is 100. Suppose to heat up this weekend to 95 -97 but that's still below normal for the date. We should have been in triple digits all month long, but just 4 days so far this month.
