| where they live. I had a signing about two years ago where the address on the confirmation was wrong, according to the borrower. She gave me her "correct address" and that's the door I knocked on. The man answering the door, said no one by that name lived there. I went back to the car, called the borrower and her reply was, "Oh yeah, I gave you the wrong address, it should be XXX on the next street over." She gave me some excuse about working long hours, etc., etc. Her ID matched the name on the docs, but I still wonder sometimes about that signing. |
