I got stuck in one of these application and Refi signings all at the same time. I too believe I should have been paid an application fee and a closing fee. They also said they would pay by PayPal the same day. Well over a week ago I completed the signing (that took 3-1/2 hours because of the number of docs) and I still have not received payment.
I emailed them and still have not received a reply.
I won't get put in this situation again.
