You don't need any special program to download the documents sent to you by DocuSign.
Regarding package size, I don't necessarily see any reduction in the document package. All the borrowers are doing prior to you getting there, is just signing pre-disclosures over the internet. My last DocuSign was two days ago and it was 116 pages - don't see much of a reduction there - it's the lender who determines what's going to be in the final package and we all know that can vary greatly. My favorites are still Quicken loans - clean, clear, to the point, "unbloated" packages. |
