Some of these phishing messages spoof real people @ tc's.

Some here have advised that you can check their real email address by rolling your cursor over it to check. Some of them turn out to be from hotmail accounts, even though they're showing as an email account from a real person at a title co.

Their goal is to get us to click on a link that will release malware of some sort to invade our device, etc. When they send documents without providing confirmation details, or give vague info... Well, the things to look out for have been posted here several times before, and are available via a Google search.

The key is that we can't be too careful these days. Clearly, more and more people with bad intent are targeting our industry.
